Gooses Reef: 48.6 knots (55.9 mph), 2:24 p.m., 9/23
Annapolis: 39.2 knots (45.1), 5:12 p.m., 9/23
Patapsco: 45.6 knots (52.5), 5:54 p.m., 9/23

Waves were quite high, too. The First Landing buoy saw a max wave height of 2.6 meters (8.5 feet).
